Formal Education & Experience
Sheri Fermanich has a Master of Science in Education,
as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Education.
She taught high school and college marketing and career
education for 14 years. She is also the broker and owner
of SellBuildBuy.com, a unique approach to real estate.
She has been a professional speaker since the age of
seventeen when she was elected State DECA President
after speaking to an audience of 2,000. As a
professional coach, Sheri has consulted and trained
thousands of people with a group coaching style that is
very successful. As a keynote speaker and seminar
trainer, Sheri is very interactive and personal with her
audiences.
As a master level educator, Sheri has created
coaching tools and products that easily allow her
clients to coach themselves to success. Her material is
presented in a conversation style containing continual
examples, creative ideas and activities to help you
immediately implement your newly acquired knowledge.
Street Smarts & Experience
Although Sheri has a formal education, she has
learned a great deal more from her street smart and
informal education. Sheri’s street smart education
started back in Fargo, ND in a low income housing
community where she lived with her mom and sister. She
has overcome numerous difficulties and obstacles. By
learning from each of these life lessons, opening three
businesses, and reading 60 books per year Sheri now has
a much more valuable street-smart education. Sheri’s
passion to constantly grow has made the biggest impact
in her life.
Sheri first discovered personal branding while she
was teaching and owned a coaching and seminar business.
Later, she used the concept to launch her own real
estate brokerage – SellBuildBuy.com - a unique approach
to real estate. Sheri used her street smarts to figure
out this business and broke six figures the first year.
She did this without working for a real estate franchise
or without any formal training beyond her real estate
license. The entire company was created and executed
using her Priceless Asset$ and a personal branding
campaign that was fresh and unique.
